
One Day Wanda, Waiting Until The Timing is JUST RIGHT...
It appears based on your responses, that the reason why you feel as if you have hit a glass ceiling in your business is because you’ve been putting your business off. You’re guilty of procrastinating and not taking action on your ideas and you secretly KNOW this is why your growth has been so slow.
But why does a person procrastinate? Here’s the most common causes ( it may be all ) or a combination.
1. Perfectionism - obsession with getting it just right before doing anything
2. Info overload - too much information ( you love to learn don’t you ) has you feeling overwhelmed and afraid to pick a direction
3. Not wanting to do the work - you are fixated on the outcome rewards ( money, success ) but aren’t motivated to actually do the work. Either you have other financial support sustaining you, like a day job or successful partner and this keeps you from diving fully in.
4. Comfort zone - everything that your business demands of you right now is so far outside of your comfort zone that you cannot even imagine yourself taking the actions. Your confidence in your ability to actually be successful is preventing you from even trying to be.

Here’s What I suggest:
✔️ Take JUST ONE Inspired Action Now
If you don’t want to be one day Wanda forever, then you need to start taking some action today. Instead of obsessing over the big picture , do one thing TODAY that you have been procrastinating on and really pay attention to how that feels.
A specific example might be something like, announcing on social media that you have started a new business venture OR better yet reaching out to one close contact and telling them about it. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself at this point, you’re just practicing the process until you become more consistent and confident.
✔️ Set Goals
Goals remind us what we are working towards and give us a place to focus our energy. If you haven’t done-so already you need to set up some short term goals ; things to do before the end of the week and long-term goals; things to do before the end of the year. If you’d like to overcome your wishing and hoping and actually get some forward traction goals are a great place to begin.
As a bonus step try to gamify your goal achievement by challenging yourself to reach certain milestones by specific dates.
✔️ Work on Your Mindset
If you are being affected by any of the causes of procrastination identified above, then the only way to officially overcome it is going to be with mindset work and lasting transformation.
The good news is we can train ourselves to have better habits and behaviours so that our procrastination tendencies are debilitating.
The bad news is that to permanently stomp them out we need to change how we think.
