Bored Becky, She's Just Not That Into It...
Based on your responses it appears as if the reason why you feel stuck in your business is because things have become repetitive and stale for you. Can we say GROUNDHOG DAY?
(And it may feel like you are in a bit of “management mode” not bringing new energy to your business )
It is crystal clear that you know your way around Social Selling world (And you have systems and schedules in place that have helped you to grow but you want to duplicate yourself x 100 so you can dream again. (Wasn’t this business supposed to bring you freedom?)
But I am going to take a big leap and say this: The things that used to light you up now feel a little (YAWN) boring.
A new view of your business can bring back your FIRE ( I call this add some sprinkles and a cherry on top!)
And another thing: Leadership can be lonely. While you are the life coach and google for many of the people on your team, you often feel like you need a business bestie who GETS YOU and gets it! And most likely you are ready to take your business to a whole new level and you can fast track that level with a coach, mentor and the right resources.

Being bored in your own business is a problem that is relatable to all high achievers. If you feel this way you are certainly not alone. How do you easily overcome this? Surround yourself with new ideas. Make an effort to build relationships with other women who are at a similar level of success as you. Share ideas and creative solutions with one other so that you can feel motivated and inspired. Consider a weekly meet up via zoom!
✔️ Focus on Duplication and Scaling Your Success Model
Want a new challenge to dig into, here it is: see if you can duplicate your own success in another scenario applying your same processes and strategy.
Seriously, if you would really like to see how well your success strategy works then the best way to do that is test them out for scalability. Can you get the same outcomes based on your philosophies and processes?
If you can, you may be sitting on a 7-Figure Business Model!
✔️ Automate and Outsource To Free Up Your Time
You may have achieved amazing success in your business, but chances are you are still working incredibly hard to maintain it.
If you still exchange your time for money, and work more hours than you like to admit, now is the time for you to focus on automation and outsourcing.
This is especially important if you have other creative business ideas that you want to take a chance on but are limited in time. Begin to hire out the boring enjoyable tasks that you do daily and clear up some time to be creative again.
