You are AMAZING! Based on your responses it is clear that you have built the beginning foundations of an amazing passion business because of your natural ability to attract interest and curiosity to your work. You’re a natural when it comes to producing content that gets people’s attention and you have that charisma that attracts people to you.

But…. the sales aren’t coming and you're falling short on your goals. Engagement and perfectly curated content doesn’t mean conversion. (Sales, new team members)  Wouldn’t it feel amazing to have a concrete strategy to take whose likes and followers to the next step?

It’s discouraging and frustrating to be doing ALL of the things and watch others who may not be as savvy hitting their goals.  After all, you followed the first rule “show up, give value”.  You aren’t ready to give up on it , but you REALLY need to pivot fast because all of the time you are putting into “attracting an audience” is costing you more than it’s making you.

✔️ Introduce A Call To Action

If you’re Attraction Amanda, then this is a beautiful thing - you have something magic that other passion business owners strive for!

However, if you have attention but low conversion then something needs to change stat. It’s actually pretty simple. You need to include a call to action in your content.

A call to action is a “what to do next” invitation to your audience. It invites them to take a next step and go deeper with you, if they have truly been engaged by the content that you post. This simple thing, including a next step call to action to your social media posts, should increase the amount of conversations that you are having about your business 100Xs what you are currently getting.

✔️ Focus on Quality over Quantity Relationships

I’ve helped other Attraction Amanda’s turn their passion business around by putting their attention towards the quality of the engagement that they are getting rather than the quantity.

I know all too well how addicting those likes, comments and followers can be, however I know from business experience that those metrics do not reflect in your bank account as much as the meaningful interactions that you are having behind the scenes.

It is a wise move to focus on the people who are reaching out ( especially after introducing a call to action ) and build on those relationships rather than spending so much time on content production. This does not mean abandoning your successful content production routine, it just means improving your time management and re-evaluating what you prioritize.

✔️Get A System For Lead Capture and Nurture in Place 

The attention you are able to attract is incredibly valuable to you IF you can nurture it. Social media is not the best place to nurture prospects because they may be easily distracted or disappear.
